Who we are

This website, a1ait.com, is run by WTG Solutions Inc., doing business as A1A IT, a managed IT and security provider at 299 North Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means WTG Solutions Inc., doing business as A1A IT. This policy covers this website. Information we handle for our managed clients is covered by their service agreements.

What we collect

What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include, such as your business name and phone number. The form sends this to our own web server, which emails it to us and saves a copy in a private lead file that is not reachable from the internet. If you use the readiness poll and click through to the contact form, the areas you marked as gaps are added to your message so you can review and edit them before sending. If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time. We use it to keep the site running and secure. When you submit the contact form, we also keep a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to an hour to limit spam and repeated submissions.

Please don’t send sensitive details through the form. That means passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or health information. If we need something like that to help you, we’ll arrange a secure way to receive it.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and to discuss or provide services.
• To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To keep ordinary business records and meet legal obligations.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential storage. The site keeps a short note in your browser’s session storage so your readiness poll answers are available if you move to the contact page. It is erased when you close the tab. We also remember your cookie choice (below) on your device.

Spam protection on the contact page. The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA (the “I’m not a robot” box) to block automated spam. It loads only on the contact page. Google may set cookies and collect information about your browser and device to tell people from bots, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply. This check is needed to keep the form working, so it is not affected by your analytics choice.

Analytics cookies, only if you accept. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It sets the cookies below only after you click Accept in the cookie notice. If you click Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

• _ga – tells Google Analytics that repeat visits come from the same browser. Lasts up to 2 years.
• _ga_<ID> – keeps track of the current visit. Lasts up to 2 years.

Google Analytics reports page views, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We don’t use it to identify you personally, and we don’t use it for advertising. Google acts as our service provider and handles the data under its own terms; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Google Search Console. We also use Google Search Console to see how our site appears in Google search results. It reports data from Google and doesn’t place anything on your device through this site.

Changing your mind. Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page to accept or decline at any time. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a choice to decline analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose:

• our web hosting and email providers, whose systems carry your contact form message to our inbox,
• our phone provider,
• Google, for spam protection on the contact form (reCAPTCHA) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, website analytics.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Calls and text messages

If you give us a phone number, we will use it to respond to your inquiry. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them in writing. Message and data rates may apply to any texts you choose to receive, and you can reply STOP at any time to end them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and keep reasonable business records. After that, we delete it or remove identifying details. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encryption in transit on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law and any other law that applies.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can opt out of any marketing email using the link in the message or by writing to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law, and we will consider every reasonable request.

Children

This website is for business owners and managers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
