IT that works, so you can get back to work

Computers, email, cloud apps, networks, and security all have to work together. When they don't, your day stops. We run all of it for one predictable monthly cost, and we show you the tools that can save your team time.

Sound familiar?

You're the unofficial IT person

You own the business or run the office, and somehow you're also resetting passwords, chasing Wi-Fi problems, and calling the printer company.

Every problem becomes a scramble

Something breaks, you search for someone to call, and your team waits. Meanwhile the day slips away.

You're not sure you're protected

Backups nobody has tested, updates nobody is tracking, and a steady worry about ransomware and phishing emails.

The insurer or auditor has questions

Cyber insurance applications, HIPAA, and card-payment rules ask things you don't know how to answer.

Too much work is still manual

Files get emailed back and forth, the same data is typed in twice, and routine tasks eat hours every week.

Your team can't work from anywhere

When someone is out sick, traveling, or at a job site, getting to their files and email shouldn't be a project.

What's included

Fully managed IT and security, with enterprise-grade tools and support at a price a small office can plan around.

PCs, laptops, and workstations

Patched automatically, protected against new and fileless attacks, and supported remotely.

Servers, on-site and cloud

Monitored around the clock, with backups that can run a failed server while it's repaired.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Email and files secured with multi-factor sign-in, phishing defenses, and access rules.

Firewall and secure remote access

A firewall that blocks threats and a secure VPN so remote staff connect safely.

24/7 security monitoring

Analysts watch your computers, Microsoft 365 sign-ins, and firewall logs around the clock, and can act right away on a confirmed attack.

Backup and disaster recovery

Automatically checked backups, with locked off-site copies that can't be altered or deleted.

How we protect you

Eight layers of protection, all managed by us. If one layer misses something, the next one catches it.

  1. Firewall and secure remote access

A business-grade firewall that blocks attacks, malware, and dangerous websites, with a secure VPN so remote staff can connect safely. Our security team watches its logs.

Stops: Network attacks and malicious sites

  2. Email protection

Filters spam, viruses, phishing, and spoofed senders before they reach your staff, with every decision logged. Outgoing mail is checked too: messages with sensitive content or risky attachments are held, and the sender is told why. If your email service goes down, staff can still read mail through a secure web portal. Works with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Stops: Phishing, fake senders, and accidental data leaks

  3. Account security

Multi-factor sign-in and rules for who can log in, from where, and on what device. Suspicious Microsoft 365 sign-ins go to our security team, and a compromised account can be disabled and signed out right away.

Stops: Stolen passwords and account takeover

  4. Advanced computer protection

Behavior-based detection that spots brand-new and fileless attacks. An infected computer can be cut off from the network, and ransomware damage can be rolled back.

    Stops: Ransomware and zero-day malware

  5. 24/7 security monitoring

A security operations team watches your computers, Microsoft 365 sign-ins, and firewall around the clock. When it confirms an attack, it is pre-authorized to act at once: isolate the infected computer, stop malicious programs, remove bad files, and lock a compromised Microsoft 365 account.

Stops: Attackers who get past the first layers

  6. Automatic patching and monitoring

Software updates deploy automatically. Every computer and server is monitored for trouble, and many problems are fixed remotely before anyone notices.

    Stops: Known vulnerabilities and downtime

  7. Locked-down backups

Local and cloud backups that are automatically checked. Off-site copies are locked so they can't be altered or deleted, and the backup systems sit outside your main network login.

Stops: Ransomware, hardware failure, and disasters

  8. Documentation and tracking

Every device, login, and setting is documented, and every request is tracked until it's resolved, so any fix starts fast and nothing depends on one person's memory.

Stops: Slow fixes and lost knowledge

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, secured

Most small businesses live in one of these two. Most never get their security settings configured. We do it, and keep it current.

Microsoft 365 security

Your email, files, and Teams are only as safe as the way they're set up. We configure and monitor:

  • Multi-factor sign-in and access rules that decide who can log in, from where, and on what device.
  • Defenses against phishing emails, malicious links, and dangerous attachments.
  • Protection for company and personal phones and laptops that reach your data.
  • Advanced protection on every PC, watched by our security team.
  • Round-the-clock watch for suspicious sign-ins, with the power to disable a compromised account and sign out its active sessions right away.

Google Workspace security

Gmail, Drive, and Meet are secure when they're set up right. We configure and manage:

  • 2-step verification on every account, with stronger options for admins and key staff.
  • Spam, phishing, and malware filtering for Gmail, plus an added email filter for what slips through.
  • Rules for which devices and locations can reach company data.
  • Data loss prevention that helps keep sensitive information from leaving the company.
  • Protection for company data on phones and computers.

Some protections depend on your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace plan. We'll tell you which plan fits your business and your budget.

Technology your business may be missing

Tools like these are already saving other small teams hours every week. We set them up and keep them secure.

Sign in once, stay secure

Multi-factor sign-in and a company password manager, so no more sticky notes and shared passwords.

Secure remote work

Every employee reaches files and email from home, a job site, or a hotel, over a secure connection.

Digital forms and e-signatures

Replace paper, scanning, and chasing signatures with forms that route themselves.

Automated busywork

Reminders, reports, and handoffs between systems that run on their own.

AI that helps with real work

We help you adopt AI safely: tools that draft, summarize, and find answers in your own files, with clear rules and protections so company data stays private.

A clear picture of your IT

A documented view of every device, login, and system you own, so you always know what you have.

Security and compliance for regulated industries

We put the safeguards in place, with the documentation and logs to prove it, so you can pass audits, stay compliant, and avoid fines and breaches.

HIPAA

Protecting patient records and electronic health data.

GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule

Securing financial and personal consumer data.

PCI-DSS

Keeping credit card transactions secure.

How we work

  1. Tell us what's not working

A conversation about how your office runs and what's frustrating. No jargon, no pressure.

  2. Get a plain-language plan

We show you the risks and the opportunities, in writing, with a fixed monthly price.

  3. We take it from here

We fix the backlog, secure your systems, and keep everything patched, backed up, and watched.

Common questions

Short, plain answers.

Do you come on-site?

Yes. We show up in person around Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, and Brevard County, and we support remote and mobile staff too.

We're a small office. Is that okay?

That's who we're built for, typically businesses with fewer than 20 people. You don't need an IT department to work with us.

What happens if we get hit by ransomware?

Advanced protection on each computer is designed to spot the attack, and our security team can cut the infected computer off from your network right away. Your locked off-site backups mean clean copies exist to restore from.

Can my team work from home securely?

Yes. Remote staff connect through a secure VPN, sign in with multi-factor authentication, and use devices we protect and monitor, so working from home doesn't open a door.

What if our email goes down?

Email continuity keeps a rolling 30-day copy of your incoming and outgoing mail, and your team can read it through a secure web portal until your regular email service is back.

How does pricing work?

One predictable monthly cost based on your people and devices. We put it in writing before you commit.

How do we get started?

Call or send a message. We'll ask how your office runs and what's frustrating you, then put together a plain-language plan with a fixed monthly price.

Ready to stop fighting your IT?

Call or send a message. A real person at A1A IT will get back to you and start with whatever is frustrating you most.
